Most people come to us with something small and specific: a job they do every week that they would rather not. We take that off them. Often that is where it ends, and that is fine.
Sometimes it isn't. Once one thing runs without you, it gets easier to see what else depends on someone remembering. This page is what comes after, in the order it usually comes. You can stop at any stage.
The sort of thing we mean:
Still entering it twice?
Still feeding the system by hand?
Still chasing the same people?
Building that report again?
Still checking it happened?
A week off, then three days catching up?
One Task Off Your Plate
TYPICAL FIT
£599 to build it, £99 a month to keep it running
For the thing you'd like to stop running. We pick it up when it happens and carry it through. Anything we don't recognise goes straight to a person, with everything we know attached.
£299 to build it, £59 a month to keep it running
For when it really is one step. It happens, it gets done, and you'll know if it doesn't. No tracking, no chasing, no branches.
Tell us the thing and we'll tell you which one it is before you spend anything.
This is where most people start. Not because it's the biggest thing we do, but because it's the one you can describe in a sentence. What usually happens next is that someone looks at the rest of the week and asks the same question about something bigger.
Thirty minutes to check it's a fit. If it isn't, you don't pay.
Operational Diagnostic
£750 · one operational area · about three working days
For when the work gets done, but you suspect it depends on the wrong things: one person, one spreadsheet, a lot of chasing. We look at how it actually runs, then tell you what's worth changing and what isn't.
Operational Diagnostic
£750 · one operational area · about three working days
What you receive
A map of how the work actually runs today, workarounds included
The friction points, and the places that depend on one person
What happens under pressure: someone off, a busy week, a last-minute change, missing information
Prioritised recommendations, each marked as one of: leave as it is · change the process · use an existing tool better · automate or connect · build something new
A walkthrough call to go through it together
If you go ahead with Implementation within thirty days, the full £750 comes off the first module. It doesn't come off One Task Off Your Plate, which is priced to stand on its own.
Thirty minutes, no preparation. You'll know by the end whether there's anything worth doing.
Implementation
£2,000 to £6,000 per module, priced individually
A module is one clearly defined change: scheduling and cover, job evidence and sign-off, weekly reporting, or another workflow. Each one is scoped and priced in writing before it starts, so you decide one step at a time.
Process and procedures
The job doesn't depend on who happens to be in.
Better use of what you already have
Make the existing system carry the work it's meant to.
Automations and integrations
Stop copying and pasting between tools.
Internal tools and bespoke software
Small screens built for one job, when existing tools can't hold it.

Advice as the process evolves
This is not the same as the monthly on One Task Off Your Plate. That £99 keeps one thing running. This is for a system, and for the questions that come up as the work around it changes.
Usually, yes. If the change is already clearly defined, we can scope a module directly. We'll tell you which on the call.
Can I start with one task and look at the bigger picture later?
Yes, and most people do. One task is a fixed price and stands on its own. If it turns out the task was a symptom of something larger, we'll say so, but we won't make you buy the larger thing to get the small one.
Why are there two monthly prices?
The £99 and £59 keep a single automation running. The £350 is support for a system we've built and the process around it. Different things, so different numbers.
Is the Diagnostic worth it if we don't implement anything?
That's the point of it. You get a written map and recommendations you can act on yourselves or hand to anyone.
Do you recommend your own software?
Sometimes. Connect, built by our sister company Modulinc, handles clocking and absence for cleaning teams. If it fits, we'll say so. If something you already use does the job, we'll say that too.
